The Idea behind Artenza

In my paintings I try to reflect on the duality of existence with an aim to juxtaposition the real world to the material world. By using the colour contrasts I want to emphasise the conflict between the two and emotional aspect of this conflict that occurs in each of us.

It is impossible to visualize or verbalize the inner workings of our souls. With my paintings I hope to capture a fraction of this truth that is within us, and try to express the inexpressible.
